You can easily control your home theater, TV, and other electronic devices without having to use a remote control. The RS-BA1 interface offers flexible controls for more than 100 devices including lighting systems, thermostats, security cameras and more. It also allows you to control up to 8 different zones of appliances using one device and cusotmize the user interface based on needs — for example: allow two people to use the same device or put in a “kid zone” with bigger buttons and menu items that are easier for kids to navigate. All of this flexibility comes at an affordable price for users of iCom’s RS-BA1 Ip Remote Control Software. Simply download the software onto your PC or Mac, and program your remote. The RS-BA1 Ip Remote Control Software has over 80 preprogrammed remote control layouts, giving you plenty of choice when making custom settings. You can easily access your chosen layout through the software’s menus, without having to memorize specific button sequences. With its easy-to-use interface and affordable price tag, RS-BA1 is sure to make its place in any home entertainment setup! It is not only about programming but also training new people to use it professionally that needs to be taken into account. Here is a video about the installation of iCom RS-BA1 Ip Remote Control Software. Features: • Support 8 zones with 100+ devices per zone control. • Support multiple users to control different device from same interface. • Support up to 23 different remote control layouts for each device. • Support IR, RF and IP remote control type without limitation. • Support PGM output for RF and IP remotes which can be used as a 3rd party controller. • Support flexible device configuration by CSV output, HTTP API and Web browser. Issues: • I have discovered that there are issues connected with the control of the AppleTV via RS-BA1. AppleTV would not respond to any remote commands sent from the IpRemote Control software. I have found that it works just fine if you connect directly to your AppleTV, but not remotely via IP. I have tried with both IE and Firefox browsers without luck. This is a problem only on the software side, since AppleTV does work with all other IR remotes I tried (like Logitech Harmony). One can get around this by creating a Virtual Device and then setting the AppleTV as that device: var iCOM_VERSION = 2; var iCOM_CHANNEL = 1; var iCOM_REQUEST = 0; function getAppleTVDevices() { var devices = [ "iCOM Remote"; "AppleTV"; ]; \t var delimeter = ","; \t for (i=0; i cfa1e77820
